Girvan Group was engaged by Apex Property Ventures to deliver the Level 5 Speculative Suite Fitout at 580 George Street, on behalf of The GPT Group. Designed by Greenbox Architecture, the project was delivered on time under a tight programme, with works carefully managed to minimise disruption within the live commercial building.
Close collaboration between the client, consultants, and site team ensured that design intent and quality standards were achieved throughout.
The fit-out features a soft, neutral colour palette complemented by custom dark woodgrain joinery and a striking marble kitchen splashback.
Premium designer furniture enhances the overall aesthetic, while fluted glass was used to provide privacy to meeting rooms without compromising natural light. Acoustic panelling was also incorporated to improve sound performance and occupant comfort.
