Girvan Group was commissioned by DEXUS Property Group to construct five suites in the iconic 10 Eagle Street building in Brisbane. The vacant floor at 10 Eagle Street was designed with varying themes and styles to attract potential & future tenants.
The building with an awkward floor plate style made for tricky space planning.Girvan Group designed a five way split of the level to meet the leasing requirements of the PCG group whilst still maintaining lift exposure and thoughtful space planning.
Girvan Group managed the construction of essential services in coordination with base building contractors and Norman Disney & Young to ensure the essential services were designed to suit five separate tenants on the level.
