Girvan was engaged by ABACUS property group to undertake a range of works including constructing a speculative suite on Level 7, and refurbishing the lift lobby and base building amenities
Capitalising on the building’s natural light, and floor to ceiling windows, Girvan worked with designer HOT BLACK to create a bright and welcoming space fit for a range of prospective tenants.
The reception opens to curved banquette seating, surrounded by leafy greens. A fully equipped kitchen and dining space follows, with bright pendant lights, striking black benchtops and barstools, and feature paneling for added privacy.
The suite also offers glass-walled meeting rooms, quiet pods, open desk space and multiple breakout areas for a range of different uses. Orange, green and blue seating options add pops of colour throughout the floor.
