Girvan recently wrapped up the speculative suite at Level 8 189 O’ Riordan Street, Mascot, also known as Connect Corporate Centre, on behalf of FMX and Dexus. This comprehensive refurbishment consisted of a speculative suite upgrade, kitchen makeover, new meeting rooms and a strong emphasis on the reuse and repurposing of existing furniture.
In collaboration with Hot Black Design, Girvan transformed the speculative suite into an inviting and warm office space, tailored to suit prospective tenants. The interior palette boasts warm earthy tones, creating a welcoming ambiance for those who enter the space. An abundance of natural light streams through full-height windows, illuminating the space and offering panoramic views that stretch across the South Sydney region.
