99 Walker Street Lobby
The lobby at 99 Walker Street sets the tone for this 22 storey, landmark building in North Sydney. Abacus Group engaged Girvan to upgrade the existing facility, as well as back of house amenities and lessor works to the bustling cafe on site.
Working with designer CODE, Girvan reimagined the space – fusing earthy tones with futuristic touches to create a welcoming and refreshing reception area.
Grey stone flooring pairs with marbled walls, bordered by a statement black and white striped panel that separates the mezzanine from the ground floor. Reflective lift doors help amplify the lobby, contrasted against wooden framing. Feature lighting has been used thoughtfully and carefully throughout – with eye-catching loop pendants drawing attention to the high ceilings.
A range of seating options bring colour and comfort into the space.
