Girvan undertook a dual-level construction project aimed at transforming an open pre-constructed area into classrooms and restrooms, including a Green Room for Mansfield State High School in Queensland.
The project was executed in a live school environment with over 4,000 students, completing SP1 and SP2 in 20 weeks, and SP1 within a very tight timeframe of just 14 days.
One significant advantage of the project was the decision to relocate the plant room condensers into an existing plant room, thus avoiding the need to construct an external plant. This strategic choice not only benefited the project’s budget but also streamlined the construction schedule.
