Girvan Group worked alongside CLP Architecture to complete the warm shell conversion of this space in a warm and opening Medical One facility.
The works consisted of new consultaion rooms at the back of house, a pathology area, several treatment rooms and a reception and waiting area at the front of house.
The project was significantly impacted by COVID-19 being put on hold for a total of two months, this impacted the flow of works on sites with all trades and resources however despsite all of this the client was extremely happy with the outcome. The Fit-out completely hitting the brief and accomdated our tremedous effort given the circumstances.
