Reddam Early Learning
Girvan Group have been working with Reddam & Crawford Education over a couple years successfully completing projects across the Reddam Early Learning Schools & Reddam House School portfolio’s. Reddam ELS have been operating a state of the art education facility at 80 Christie Street on the lower ground floor and utilising the out door space.
Due to the rapid growth in the community of St Leonards, Reddam has expanded to the upper level of the building. Girvan Group stripped back the upper level and constructed from a bare shell to create this space. New partitions to 6m high walls and new set plasterboard ceiling to the whole space.
3 different floor finishes were installed across 3 learning rooms, 1 large indoor play area and 2 child amenities. Services contractors were carefully scheduled, working in unison to have the programme run on time. The project ran for 8 weeks over the December-January holiday period to ensure completion for the new students to start in February.
