Delivering Better Health Spaces for Queensland Communities

We were proud to partner with Queensland Health and design and architecture firm Harry Poulos Architects on the full refurbishment and extension of this important community health facility. Transforming an ageing building into a modern, welcoming space that better serves the people who need it most.

The project began with the careful demolition of internal spaces and the existing external façade, making way for a fresh new exterior and a thoughtfully designed building extension. Outside, new stairs, an accessible ramp, and improved hardstand and parking areas complete with clear line marking, ensure the facility is easy and safe to access for everyone in the community.

Inside, the transformation is complete. The fully refurbished interior now features a new lift for easy movement throughout the building, four dedicated dental suites housing six dental chairs each, two mammography rooms, comfortable waiting areas, welcoming reception spaces, professional office areas, and well-appointed storerooms and amenities.
