As part of our larger building repositioning strategy, in partnership with Mostyn Copper and Abacus Group, Girvan completed the Storage King Fit out on the level 17 of 99 Walker Street. Collaborating with Hot Black on the design, Girvan skillfully crafted a stunning and highly functional space that was tailored to meet Storage King’ needs.
The scope of the project included a base building lobby refresh, and full floor fit out. The result is a spacious, bright, and inviting area that showcases the perfect blend of functionality and style.
Featuring the use of stone, timber, and leather throughout, the fit out exudes a luxurious feel, whilst the abundance of natural light fills the space, making it a delight for all occupants. Girvan’s meticulous attention to detail has truly delivered a world-class fit out that is sure to impress tenants and visitors alike.
