The Annex
The Annex, one of Brisbane’s latest boutique building by Architecture BVN, standing within the iconic 12 Creek Street, representing a true connection of bringing the life of the outdoors in. Girvan Group were engaged by Dexus to complete a split floor on Level 1 and a full floor speculative suite on Level 2.
We partnered with BEARSPACE to create this tropical working hub. A key driver of the success of this project was our team paying attention to every detail in the concept stage to ensure the design intent was brought to life which tied in with the building and it’s surrounds, one of them being the Creek Street heritage listed fig trees.
The overall outcome of these two floors reflects connectivity, culture and as Dexus describes the building design “a breath of fresh air in workplace design“ which has been the outcome of this successful project as well.
