The Mill
Girvan Group was engaged by Dexus for the works associated with the demolition and Make Good at The Mill Alexandria.
This heritage listed building was carefully managed by the Girvan Group team. The project included the make good of floors, walls and new acoustic rated ceilings, lighting, and kitchenette refreshed.
In addition, the upgrade of external laneways around The Mill facility was included in these works. Girvan Group carried out the Removal and replacement of damaged/worn laneway pavers, construction of a new DDA ramp access way (in progress), other new retail steps access way and installation of planter boxes.
