A 1920’s Heritage Hospitality Refurbishment at The Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club, keeping culture, history, and identity. Girvan Group were appointed by the Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club committee to undergo a full refurbishment of the private yacht club which consisted of internal and external works.
Whilst aiming to keep the heritage and originality of the club, Girvan Group remediated the structure, sash windows, roof and landscaping as well as managing all internal works that were undertaken.
Our team worked extremely close with the committee, neighbours and external designers and trades involved, handing over 2 weeks ahead of program with a fantastic end result.
