The Studio
The Studio on Level 1, Waterfront Place, is the latest addition to one of Brisbane’s most iconic and desirable business addresses. Girvan Group, along with Talbot Design, partnered up to transform this space for Dexus. The brief was to create a space that offers high quality amenity and promotes wellbeing for occupants.
The refurbishment included a lift, lobby and bathroom upgrade, as well as fitting-out an open, light-filled wellness centre for occupants to utilise for fitness classes, yoga and massage therapy.
The high ceilings allowed this space to feel a sense of openness which aligned with the design concept, and our construction team also worked closely with Talbot Design to deliver quality joinery.
