60 Union St
Girvan Group constructed this fresh outdoor area complete with spectacular panoramic views at 60 Union Street, Pyrmont.
The project required converting an existing open roof plan with a new integrated roof structure, wall and floor finishes and services as well as converting the existing storage area into a DDA and Amenities to service the outdoor entertainment area.
The project required careful co-ordination around the Edward Street tenants in relation to noise, access and surrounding buildings, particularly when the crane was in use. Collaboratively this resulted in a high-quality function area with all year-round capabilities for use of the building tenants.
