VW Rydalmere
Girvan was engaged by Sime Darby Motor Group to deliver the new Volkswagen Service Centre showroom in Rydalmere, designed by Centric Architects. The project involved a complete internal fit-out, transforming the space into a high-spec facility aligned with Volkswagen’s brand standards.
Works included new tiled flooring, ceiling grid systems, a kitchenette, carpeted office rooms, updated bathrooms, and dedicated workshop spaces.
External works included the installation of three new entrance doors with concrete ramping to allow vehicle access to the showroom.
The scope also featured two large structural steel “Service Centre” billboards and a new entrance gate to support access and security. Delivered with precision and efficiency, the completed space provides a professional and functional environment for both staff and customers.
