Waterfront Place
Waterfront Place is an iconic building on the Brisbane River., Girvan has a strong relationship with the premium office tower and was pleased to be once again engaged by Dexus – this time, to reconstruct the End of Trip Facilities.
Partnering with Talbot Design, Girvan revitalised the space, rebuilding bathroom amenities, the lobby corridor and trade bathrooms.
Smart self-serve lockers in dark timber are configured by Vecos’ seamless swipe system, giving users flexibility and secure storage whenever they need it. Brass numbered hardware complements stylish exposed tapware, set against delicate white stone benchtops. Textured walls frame the vanity, illuminated by elegant light features.
Hidden compartments allow for clever storage of bathroom amenities, while an open cupboard provides room for End of Trip necessities. A separate countertop offers exclusive space for hair dryers and styling tools.
