Built on the success of the Workrooms Level 7, 14 Martin Place. Girvan was recommissioned by Mostyn Copper on behalf of Abacus Group to complete the fit-out of the Workrooms on Level 3, 14 Martin Place.
Working in collaboration with Indzine Interior Design, HDR Services Consultancy, ABE Consulting and Murrow Consulting. Girvan undertook the project with a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
We effectively chaired and executed a value engineering process to ensure that the project met the stakeholders ‘budgetary constraints, all while maintaining the initial brief and delivering a high-quality product that exceeded our client’s expectations.
The journey from concept to completion was a resounding success, with seamless collaboration between our team, the client’s incumbent partners and vendors.
The space boasts abundant natural light and bright features that illuminate the exterior, creating a welcoming ambiance in the prime location at the heart of Martin Place.
The addition of French Wash features brings a warm tone to the area and fosters an environment of collaboration.
