Girvan Group constructed the conversion of defunct car parking spaces with head height restrictions, and revitalised this space into premium End-of-Trip Facilities and Wellness Rooms. The works started with the modification and removal of existing services to increase the maximum head height and to beautify the ceiling.
Existing ducted exhaust systems were redirected up 3 levels to external ground level for venting. The facility needed to exhibit high attention to detail with minimal finishes, while every detail was being considered for the final premium product.
The team successfully delivered the Dexus Wellplace and over 4,000 sqm of wayfinding throughout the car park. Concurrently, Girvan Group maintained full access to the building 18 hours per day, 7 days a week with minimal disruption to co-tenants.
